I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The customer service was great, with friendly faces at the front desk and as my waiter, which made a positive impression. However, the hotel itself is in need of serious maintenance, as several areas were unfinished and not well-kept. While I enjoyed the clean beach and decent food options, the lingering unpleasant odors and issues in my room were definitely drawbacks that can't be overlooked.
